Set off not too early as we only had just over 1 hour to drive – result. Expected bad traffice being a Monday morning to find nothing, so arrived at the show ground really early, so no panic. Nigel came by way of another vehicle and bumped into Steph arriving at the show with Maggie so helped them in, realised why we arrived early as it is like a marathon from the car to the entrance to the show ground. Anyway all arrived safe and sound.
First into the ring was Marley, unfortunately the only one in the class, so needless to say won that. Next was Nero who gained a good 4th in a Limit class. Next was Pink getting second in Puppy Bitch. Maggie spent most of her time travelling between the Leonbergers and the Rott ring, so she arrived just in time to see Kenya go into the ring with Nigel to gain a good second place. Last but not least was Mika in Open Bitch. I took her in and she moved like a dream and went on to win the class. the Callenge was next and looking down the line it was difficult to know where it was going to go, but to our amazement Mika won the ticket her 1st CC and to make matter even better Marley went on to win best puppy in breed. What a cracking day.

The group was next and Marley has looked in better coat, and that is being nice about it. Went into the Group ring like a train thanks to Leslie who he seems to have a very soft spot for at the time (she will know what i am talking about) and took Puppy Group 4. Thankfully he took it all in his stride and just wanted to get back to Leslie his new found LOVE.
